Ocean paintings: Ashton Howard was born in 1979 at Florida. His love for sea paintings evolved over a period of time. He mostly focuses on ocean/sea and landscapes and loves to bring them on the canvas. For inspiration he travels outdoors with his camera and captures the best of nature. He recreates the scenes on the canvas with a beautiful splash of colors which are truly enthralling. Aston Howard in his biography has mentioned that he loves being an artist and that he is quite obsessive about his paintings. His paintings tend to calm the minds, he mostly recreates dusk, early morning and sometimes quite reflections. According to Ashton Howard, "My intention is to create an escape, a resting point for the soul and mind…a breath". He sometimes uses circular abstract designs which are quite mind blowing.
