Colorful Traditional Japanese Wagashi Sweets created by Chef Kurokazu

Japanese sweets are always a special treat for the people visiting the country and specially the creativity shown on these sweets are adorable.  The main ingredients of Japanese sweets are mochi(pounded rice), anko (azuki sweet red bean paste) and fruits.  The famous sweet of Japan wagashi is made with these ingredients and as it is soft it allows the chefs to design them according to their will and wish.  Kurokazu, a sweet shop owner in Shonan is extremely talented in creating beautiful wagashi sweets.  His colorful little birds, yellow cockatiels prepared using koshian, the blue and green budgerigars and green birds containing yuzu-an are all lovely for the eyes and yummy for your tongue.  Let us scroll down to see the beautiful and colourful wagashi sweets of Kurokazu.
