The afterlife of a dead tree is surprising and when it lands on the shore the human hands play creatively to give different shapes. Hungarian land art artist Tamas Kanya, who believes in his imagination, his hands and nature is fascinated in creating wonderful sculptures out of driftwood. Tamas got inspired with the otherwise unnoticed piece of dry wood washed aside on the shore. The driftwood found on the shore turns into beautiful sculptures with hands and legs, animals, humans, birds and many more on the spot and is photographed by Tamas Kanya. There lies a beautiful story line for every sculpture of Tamas which gives life to the dead wood. These driftwoods undergo a lengthy lifecycle before they reach the shore, they give place for many plants and animals as food and shelter and strengthen the ecosystem. Here are a few wonderful driftwood sculptures of Tamas Kanya for you to enjoy.
