Fairytale stories are not only heard but also to be eaten, desert artist Liz Joy bakes cakes and decorates them with sugary designs. She is an illustrator and art director who now uses her artistic talent to create lovely pastries for parties, brands and promotional events. Her sugar art includes Red Riding Hood, Peter Pan, Ballerines, Fairies and Mermaids. Apart from this she has amazing talent in preparing a variety of sweet treats and is well known for her fantasy pies. Liz first pens her design ideas on a paper and then starts preparing the dough for pie and other decorative pieces. She uses different stamps and moulds to create the icing and applies sugary paint with a brush to bring in the light and shadow effect on her designs. The ingredients are all of good edible quality ones. Along with this she also bakes cookies which replicate fashionable garments and accessories.
