William Wu born in Shanghai is a Chinese graphic designer and artist. As a child, he was extremely naughty and his mother used to give him painting to calm him down. Gradually painting and color pencil drawing became his passion. After his graduation from school, he attended a degree in Mass Media and Advertisement from the Shanghai Institute of Technology. This is where he learnt the fundamentals of painting and art. Since his graduation, he has participated in several solo and group art exhibitions. His color pencil drawing 'Grandfather' won him the Certificate of Excellence in the 19th Annual International Portrait Competition.
