Oil paintings: According to Vladimir Volegov biography," Born in Khabarovsk, Russia, began painting at the age of three and his talent would be noted repeatedly throughout his adolescence. After having attended the art school, "krivoj rog" and having served in the army, Vladimir was admitted to the lvov polygraphic institute in the former soviet union. Vladimir started his artistic career from 1984 and he has participated in many national and international competitions for poster art. In 1988, Vladimir moved to Moscow, where he started creating poster art for cassette covers. In 1990, Vladimir started travelling extensively, that's when he started the portrait oil paintings. From then his career has evolved beautifully and he is amazing with his brush strokes and light effects. He uses bold palette colors which enhances the beauty of his oil paintings.
