Since 2012, Laovaan has gained popularity on the YouTube channels due to his time-lapse watercolor paintings. His artistic style with watercolor paintings is much appreciated worldwide. Apart from watercolor paintings, he is quite expressive in manga drawings and digital art. He likes to experiment with different materials for his paintings like gouache, watercolor and also the digital version.
