Justine McKinney is a makeup FX artist who trained herself for years to transform. Her mind-blowing monsters,grotesque creatures and even her comic cartoons are all self-trained. Each creation takes around 10 to 20 hours approximately and are cost effective. Body painting which is smaller and more detailed, can also be referred as a 'temporary tatoo' which needs patience and passion for the art. According to Justine, her work, though labor intensive, provides a zen state while painting. And as for her artistic tendencies, "My style is definitely more cartoonish in my opinion; I like bold outlines and comic type images and I think that shows!" Justine found that the least expensive way to pursue her passion was through body paint rather than cosmetic FX which is costly.
