Cedric Grolet is a French pastry chef whose culinary creations are equaly eye-catching as they are tasty. Grolet does a lot of variety in his pastries and his recent innovation is in designing the cake. He tried a new muse, the rubik cube cakes which are creative and colourful. A new face of the handheld puzzle is quiet interesting and the cake is actually cube-shapped assortment of 27 individual pastries. He creates variety of designs as few are whimsical, some are neutral and some are with elegant colour schemes covered with a shimmering gold icing. Grolet's Rubik's cube cakes are available at Le Dalí, a restaurant nestled inside Paris' luxurious Le Meurice hotel.
