Scotland based artist Lola Dupre combines collage, portraiture and cats and creates amazing images of her own pet cat Charlie. The ongoing series of her pet cat collage work is a hit in social media and she is successful in creating distinct heartfelt feelings towards her work. Collage was her interest from childhood and she drew her inspiration from collage artists like Jean Paul Goude, Dora Kallmus, and David Hockney. Though Charlie is unpredictable at times Lola loves her pet and the affection towards her pet is transferred through portraits. Lola creates her collages using paper, scissors and glue which she feels very expressive rather than digital process. Lola plans to do more collages of her pet in different locations in future and she says that she loves to make people laugh and smile looking at her portraits.
